Virtual learning snow day information

Girls indoor track team wins Foothills League Championship, athletes break several school records throughout season
Foothills League Championship The Schuylerville High School Girls Indoor Track team won the Foothills League Championship at Union College on Jan. 22. Life Skills students host annual Jingle Bell Shop, 2,000 orders placed
Students participated in production, inventory, customer service, stocking, re-stocking, sales, and bagging, and donated $500 in profits to Caring and Sharing and the district’s Backpack Program.

Middle school technology students to participate in large scale woodworking project
Curtis Lumber donated enough lumber for Schuylerville students to build 300 birdhouses, as part of the 5th annual Ballston Spa Birdhouse Program.

Albany FireWolves donate time to Schuylerville phys. ed. classes
The team’s volunteer initiative “Part of the Pack,” is a program that provides opportunities for area schools or lacrosse clubs to work with the FireWolves on learning the basics of the sport, enhance skill development, and interact with professional players in a casual atmosphere.

Student artwork to be featured in Saratoga Arts High School All-Stars Exhibition
The work will be on public display at Saratoga Arts’ main gallery space at 320 Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs January 13-February 4.
