Seven Schuylerville High School students will have the honor of performing in a special Side-by-Side concert with the Glens Falls Symphony Orchestra at Skidmore College’s Arthur Zankel Music Center. The unique opportunity allows talented high school musicians to perform alongside professional musicians in a full orchestral setting.
Representing Schuylerville are:
- Autumn Nelson – Trumpet
- Sarah DeLaCruz – French Horn
- William Farmer – Trombone
- William Brandt – Bass Trombone
- Jason McCaughey – Euphonium
- Tazio Helmig – Percussion
- Ella Marchetti – Percussion
The concert will take place Sunday, March 15 at 4 p.m. Doors open at 2:30 p.m., and a free pre-concert talk begins at 3 p.m. Seating is first-come, first-served within each ticket tier.
