The program is designed to meet the needs of hungry children on weekends. Families do not need to qualify for free or reduced-price meals (or meet any other qualifications) in order to be part of the backpack program.

2026 tax bill information
Taxes can be paid by mail, online or via the high school drop box beginning Sept. 1. Cash payments are accepted Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00–2:00 p.m. and require exact change.

Schuylerville High School named 2025-26 NYSPHSAA School of Excellence
To earn the School of Excellence Award, 75 percent of a school’s varsity teams must qualify and receive the Scholar-Athlete team award.

The district’s safety plan is updated annually and posted for 30 days prior to the public hearing for review.
