36 Spring St. demolition
Prior to the demolition of 36 Spring St. the building was deemed structurally unsound and condemned, with a roof that had caved in. In addition, prior to the district purchasing the building, research was conducted to ensure it was not listed on the Register of Historic Places.

September 2024 kindergarten registration
Online registration for students entering kindergarten will be open Tuesday, January 16 through Thursday, March 28. Eligible children are those who will be five years of age on or before December 1, 2024.

Schuylerville’s BackPack Program receives $1,500 donation
The donation came from the BackPack Heroes Program, sponsored by the Regional Foodbank of Northeastern NY, Fidelis Care, and CBS6. This year’s campaign raised funds that were dispersed among 50 BackPack programs in the Capital Region.

2023 Jingle Bell Shop raises more than $3K
Every class in the elementary school visited the Jingle Bell Shop in a three-day span. Profits will be given to Schuylerville’s Caring and Sharing Program and Mehan’s Kindness Closet.

Unified Sports program expands to include bowling
Students in grades 9-12 are eligible to be players or partners; matches will begin in February and be played at regional bowling alleys.
