During the Oct. 15 Burnt Hills Invitational at Saratoga Spa State Park, Schuylerville girls cross country athletes placed in the top 5 for Division 2. Schuylerville High School varsity girls soccer player Kiera Rogan was named to the Times Union Section 2 Honor Roll for the week of Oct. 3! Rogan, a junior, had two goals and one assist as the Black Horses defeated Glens Falls 3-0.

The varsity volleyball team competed in the Folds of Honor Invitational at Galway High School on Sept. 24. The team finished second in its Pool (Schuylerville, Galway, Saranac, Greenville), and then beat Saranac and Greenville in Pool Play. Congratulations to Daryl Headen, a 2022 Times Union All-Star for Track & Field, High Jump. Headen won the Section II title at Group 3 championships before going on to win the Division II title at the state qualifier. He finished sixth in the Federation championship.
