Awards Ceremony
- Tuesday, June 17, 6:30 p.m.
- The ceremony is open to all members of the Class of 2025.
- Individual invitations will be sent to students that will be receiving awards to ensure their attendance.
- While formal attire is not required, students are encouraged to dress professionally.
Rehearsal
- Wednesday, June 18, 11:00 a.m.
- Graduates will report to the auditorium to review the layout of the ceremony, seating, expectations, and arrival.
- Seniors must plan to be at the graduation rehearsal for the entire time; it is expected to last 1.5 hours.
- Rain date: Thursday, June 19, 8:30 a.m.
Commencement Ceremony
- Friday, June 20, 7:30 p.m.
- Rain date: Saturday, June 21, 11:00 a.m.
- Outside or inside, weather dependent
Schedule
- 6:30 p.m. Campus opens
- 7:00 p.m. Seniors begin reporting to their designated spots in the main hallway
- 7:10 p.m. All seniors are lined up in the hallway in the processional order
- 7:20 p.m. Final instructions for graduation will come over the PA
- 7:25 p.m. Processional begins
Information for Families
- Families will not be allowed into the high school to assemble to take pictures before or after the ceremony.
- Each student will receive six reserved seats in randomly assigned pods on the field.
- There will be additional seating located behind the designated pods. The bleachers located on the press side will not be open for seating. Visitor bleachers will be available for additional seating.
- Graduates must wear appropriate dress clothing and shoes. No shorts, flip flops, jeans, etc.
- Live streaming of the graduation ceremony will be livestreamed in the gymnasium for both an outdoor and indoor ceremony.
- Graduates are not to have their cap or gown decorated in any way. No Exceptions.
- If graduation is moved inside, each family will be provided four seats inside the auditorium.

- Caps and gowns will be distributed on Monday, June 16
Collars, cords, stoles
Seniors who have a GPA of 90 and above will receive a blue and yellow cord. National Honor Society members will wear a collar. Seniors who have an 85 – 89.999 GPA will receive a yellow cord (please note that GPA’s are not rounded up). Class President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Class Representative will wear a stole. Seniors joining a branch of the U.S. Military will wear a stole. Seniors who played one varsity sport during their senior year will receive an orange cord. Seniors who played two or more varsity sports during their senior year will receive an orange/black cord. Students who completed three years of the Science Research Program will receive a forest green cord. Students who participated in auditioned musical groups will receive a pink cord. Graduates can keep their collar, stole and cords.
