Schuylerville hosts New York Animal Agriculture Coalition’s Mobile Dairy Experience
Schuylerville High School FFA members directed and led presentations inside the exhibit for their elementary peers. During the 20-minute walk-through, students learned about the dairy industry from calf to cow, as well as careers in agriculture.

Kickin’ Out Cancer fundraising efforts raise $5,791
As part of the fundraising effort, various grade levels, offices, departments, and athletic teams donated hundreds of dollars of items to put together 31 raffle baskets.

Each year, to comply with New York State Public Health Law, public schools are required to post information about influenza (flu) and the benefits of flu vaccination.

Schuylerville High School varsity golfers break school record
Four athletes’ combined total of 146 broke the school record for the lowest score in a match.

Board of Education appoints Shaun Cumm to vacant seat
Cumm will serve until June 30, 2025. In May, voters will elect a person to fill the remainder of the seat’s vacancy, which will be two years.

2024 tax bill information
Taxes can be paid by mail or online beginning Sept. 3. Taxes can also be placed in the drop box located in the high school main lobby between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

National speaker Brandon Lee White leads 2024 Freshman Transition event
During the annual summer event, members of the Class of 2028 had the opportunity to visit the high school prior to the first day of school. Students also engaged in a presentation by author and motivational speaker Brandon Lee White.
