Schuylerville FFA to compete at NYS FFA Convention May 7-9


The Schuylerville FFA chapter delivered an impressive performance at the Eastern Region Sub-State Competition, standing out among over 275 FFA members from Long Island to the Canadian border. Students competed in 20 different events across both Junior and Senior divisions, earning top-three finishes in eight categories. FFA members will compete at the NYS FFA Convention May 7-9 at the state fairgrounds in Syracuse.

“These results highlight the dedication, preparation, and excellence of Schuylerville’s FFA members, who continue to rise as leaders in agricultural education,” said Schuylerville High School Agricultural Education teacher, Mary Foote. “A heartfelt thank you goes out to the more than 75 judges, the countless volunteers, and the incredible FFA advisors who made the day possible.”
