The first annual Middle School Booster Bash fundraiser was a great success, with a total of $8,600 raised for student activities, guest speakers, field trips, and the end of the year Middle School Fun Day. More than 175 students registered to participate in the three-week long fundraiser, and were awarded prizes throughout the initiative. A color run was held on campus to celebrate the conclusion of the school-wide endeavor!
“The effort and excitement shown by our students was a wonderful example of the community we have here at the middle school,” said Principal Katie Elsworth. “I am very proud of what we accomplished in just three weeks and grateful for the support of our families.”
“Events like this are great ways to continue our positive school culture campaign,” added Assistant Principal Maddie Wright. “Not only did we raise funds that will directly benefit our students, we did so while building school-wide camaraderie. Students and staff all had a ton of fun.”
