Schuylerville High School’s French and Spanish clubs planned a variety of activities as part of National Foreign Language Week from March 5-9, including partnering with Food Service Manager Sarah Keen to plan an exciting week of global cuisine. Students sampled apple churros from Mexico, homemade hummus from the Mediterranean, Italian-inspired Jeanette cookies, French Quiche Lorraine and Japanese ramen noodle soup with sesame broccoli. Anyone with suggestions for next year’s foreign language week should see Mrs. Willson or Mrs. Keen.
