Dear Schuylerville Elementary families,                                                                                                        

Our administration and teachers will soon begin to place students into classrooms for next year. If you would like to share your thoughts on your child’s learning characteristics, please respond to the questions in this information form via email to your child’s current teacher no later than May 15.  Your response is not required; this is strictly voluntary on your part.  Should you choose to participate, we will use your comments as placement is considered; however, please note that this is not an opportunity to request a specific teacher for the upcoming year.  This is only to acknowledge what you perceive as your child’s learning style, strengths and weaknesses.
