Schuylerville High School senior Hannah Eustis was presented with the Music Award from the New York State School Facilities Association (NYSSFA) on Thursday, May 31. Last year, Eustis, along with her cousin Lydia Martin (last year’s recipient) performed a national tribute in front of 140 attendees at the annual NYSSFA Critical Issues Summit.
Peter Riggi, treasurer of NYSSFA and superintendent of buildings and grounds for the Schuylerville Central School District, presented Eustis with the $500 award, which will also be presented at graduation.
Eustis plans to attend SUNY Adirondack in the fall, where she will study nursing.
