Schuylerville Middle School social studies teacher and varsity baseball coach Darrin Renner has released his third book: “Little Land of Loose Ends.” The fictional story was inspired by a real family and their interesting and unique world. The contemporary work is appropriate for middle school to adult readers. The major themes in “Little Land of Loose Ends” revolve around the influences of technology, the dangers and joys of helping those in need of support, and the challenges of supporting a loved one with Alzheimer’s Disease.
Renner teamed up with Schuylerville High School art teacher Kirt Winslow, who created the cover art for the book. “Little Land of Loose Ends” is available at djrennerbooks.com, or through Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble and select bookstores throughout the Northeast.
