OSAA field hockey gives back in first season

OSAA Field Hockey PlayersPlayers involved in the Old Saratoga Athletic Association’s (OSAA) new field hockey program spent their practice on Wednesday, Sept. 25 doing fall cleanup at Hudson Crossing Park and the Lock 5 Trail. The girls used their teamwork and high energy to get a lot accomplished!

It’s the first year of the OSAA grades 3-6 field hockey program and the team has been working hard. The girls have played in three tournaments and will compete in their final tournament this weekend. Their last practice is on Friday, Sept. 27 and will be coached and planned by the varsity field hockey team. Coach Erin Lloyd would like to give a tremendous thank you to Marcia Kittredge for spearheading this program and Lisa Schwartz for stepping up to coach.
