Schuylerville High School freshman Hannah Klingebiel is advancing to the skiing state championships after she finished second in Slalom and 10th in Giant Slalom during sectionals at West Mountain. Klingebiel will compete in both events at the state championship meet on Feb. 27 & Feb. 28 at Bristol Mountain in Canandaigua.

“Hannah is a humble, hard worker who always has a smile on her face,” Coach Erin Lloyd said. “She has a true passion and love for the sport that she has inherited from her family and their history of ski racing. She came into the season with the goal of making the state meet and has achieved it because she constantly strives to improve herself.”

Congratulations and good luck, Hannah!
