Food Services celebrates National Farm to School Month

All month long the cafeterias are serving fresh, local New York food and drinks. Other upcoming Farm to School dates at the Elementary/Middle School include:

  • Oct. 16: Egg salad sandwich made with eggs from Thomas Poultry Farm in Schuylerville and roasted New York butternut squash, yams and rutabaga
  • Oct. 23: Hard boiled eggs from Thomas Poultry Farm in Schuylerville and vanilla yogurt from Upstate Farms in Buffalo, NY
  • Oct. 24: Real maple syrup from Old Saratoga Maple in Schuylerville
  • Oct. 26: Apple cider from Saratoga Apple in Schuylerville
