During the week leading up to Halloween, Schuylerville High School participated in a door decorating contest, a simple idea that transformed into a large display of festive school spirit!
High school students were invited to collaboratively decorate the doors of their 1st period classes. All of the student entries were created in just two days, with students and teachers working during free periods, lunch and before/after school. The doors were judged in three categories: spookiest, most creative, and tickle my funny bone. Teachers and staff without 1st period classes also joined in the fun, competing in ‘teacher orphan’ and ‘team effort’ categories. Click here for photos of all of the doors, taken by the following students in Ms. Luke’s Period 2 Digital Photography class:
- Emma McShane
