After two decades of service to the Schuylerville Central School District community, Lynn Mastrianni and John Haggerty are both setting their sights on a well-deserved retirement.
Mastrianni has served as the district’s Director of Special Education, Federal Grants and Pupil Services since 1997. She has helped to develop a comprehensive special education program at Schuylerville that is vast, rigorous and conducive to meeting the unique needs of every child. Mastrianni will retire at the end of August 2019.
Haggerty has served as the Director of Student Services since 2001. He facilitated the construction of a K-12 student services department that fosters a collaborative approach to meeting the academic, social and emotional development of students at every level. Haggerty will retire at the end of June 2019.
“Schuylerville has been very fortunate to have two outstanding administrators who have given so much to our students throughout their careers,” said Superintendent Dr. Ryan Sherman. “Their commitment to the district, their tireless work ethic and unwavering passion to see every child succeed is unparalleled. They will be sorely missed.”
Please join the district in wishing both Lynn Mastrianni and John Haggerty all the best in their upcoming retirements.
