“Be An Athlete” camp teaches skills, techniques to future athletes

Group of participants at "Be An Athlete" campMore than 40 current and future Schuylerville athletes attended the “Be An Athlete” camp from June 26-29, held by Coach LaBombard, Coach Lloyd, Coach Mehan, and a group of varsity players. The camp, for girls in grades 3-8, teaches different skills and techniques to become better in all sports. There was specialized instruction in volleyball, basketball, field hockey, and lacrosse to go along with speed and agility training. The coaches say that the camp was a great way to kick off the offseason/summer and that all of the participants had fun and learned a lot.
