Proceeds will go towards the drama club’s middle school production, The Wizard of Oz, which will be performed March 6 and 7.
The donation is a result of Saratoga Hospital reaching incentive levels for its fundraising efforts for the annual Capital Region Heart Walk & Run.
A panel of teachers chose the artwork from a selection that had represented Schuylerville Elementary School at the Saratoga County Fair in the summer of 2019.
The team placed 11th out of the 32 teams that competed at the varsity level. The event is considered the largest in New England.
