aware of all practices and contests. Also, it is the
responsibility of the athlete to contact the coach
personally if he/she is not able to attend a practice or

Every athlete should strive to encourage and practice
positive attitudes and citizenship among fellow athletes
and the student body. |
|
6.
a.) Enthusiasm is
catchy. If you are enthusiastic about participating and
about the team, other around you will begin to share
that enthusiasm.
b.)
Officiating never beats you. The mark of a good team is
one that rises above any poor officiating and wins in
spite of it.
c.) Try not to
rationalize and make excuses for yourself or your team.
Be industrious and try to recognize your weaknesses and
make proper adjustments.
d.)
Encourage and support all athletic teams in the same
manner you would like them to support you.
|
|
7.
Each athlete should strive to achieve a peak of optimum
physical condition at all times.
a.) Strive to get as much rest as possible, especially
the night before an athletic contest.
b.)
Each athlete should do whatever is possible to prevent
illness and poor health. All injuries should be reported
to the coach, no matter how insignificant the injury may
seem.

starting roles, will be based on skill, regular
attendance at practices, and overall cooperation
displayed by the student athlete. |
|
|
|

due to injury or illness, you must receive another
physical exam from the school physician before you may
again participate. |
|
2. Student athletes
are expected to be in regular attendance throughout
their season. Student athletes will be granted three
