Deputy commissioner visits district, applauds programs

Several of Schuylerville Central School District’s programs were recognized for their successes on Tuesday, Nov. 7, as Senior Deputy Commissioner Jhone Ebert visited campus. Ebert, who oversees education policy for the New York State Education Department, was invited to campus by WSWHE BOCES District Superintendent James Dexter to see some of the programs that set the district apart.

Ebert visited the high school’s distance learning classrooms, observed the elementary school’s English Language Learner push-in program and saw the district’s one-to-one iPad program in action at the middle school.
