Schuylerville High School freshman Hannah Klingebiel placed fourth in the Slalom event at the alpine skiing state championship meet on Monday, Feb. 27 at Bristol Mountain in Canandaigua. Klingebiel will compete tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 28 in the Giant Slalom.

Schuylerville High School junior Orion Anderson earned the school its second wrestling state championship on Saturday, Feb. 25. Anderson had a 12-4 win over Luke Bokina of Mattituck in the Division II 120-pound final at the Times Union Center.
The Schuylerville Middle School drama club will present Disney’s “Lion King Jr.” on Friday, March 3 and Saturday, March 4. The show starts at 7:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium and tickets will be sold at the door. Ticket prices are $5 for senior citizens and students and $8 for adults.
